Rokushiki and it's flaws

I have noticed something at this site. As there are attributes, which rise something in the person who has them (Endurance, strength and so on), and then there are skills, which are granted by acquiring certain level on attributes and will boost that attribute. Also, they may grant you chance to get more powerful techniques.

But there are no bonuses from Rokushiki. It has no skills and, because of that, Rokushiki techniques have no levels. Plus, attribute list mentions that there should be an agility boost from Rokushiki. Which has no mentioning outside that post.

So my suggestion is following: There should be skills and level limits for Rokushiki. Additionally, if the attribute section is correct, agility boost would be granted.
